Refund & Cancellation Policy

Agency Name: Coffee Sports Media (“we,” “us,” “our”)


1. General Policy

All of our services are digital and subscription-based. Because they involve time, creative effort, and strategy, payments made for services are non-refundable once work has begun.

However, we stand by our commitment to deliver on schedule and maintain transparency throughout every project.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued if no service has been delivered and the delay or non-delivery is solely due to our agency’s fault.

If that occurs, a 100% refund will be issued to the client.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The delay or interruption is caused by late payment, missing content, lack of client response, or failure to provide approvals or materials needed to proceed.

  • The project has started and preliminary work or drafts have been delivered.

  • The subscription period has begun and scheduled services (posts, website work, listings, etc.) are in progress.


3. Subscription Services

For ongoing services (such as monthly social media management or e-commerce support):

  • Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle.

  • You may cancel anytime with advance written notice before the next billing cycle or service period begins.

  • Cancellations made after renewal will apply to the following cycle.

  • No partial refunds or credits are issued for unused days or mid-cycle cancellations.


4. Project-Based Services

For one-time or fixed projects (like website design or store setup):

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to start the project.

  • The remaining balance is due before final delivery or site launch.

  • If a client pauses or cancels the project mid-way, no refund will be provided for the deposit or work already completed.


5. Delays & Delivery

Timely delivery depends on both parties.

  • If the client fails to provide necessary assets (images, text, approvals, credentials, payments, etc.), delivery dates may be extended without penalty.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by client-side issues or third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Amazon approval processes).

In the event that we are delayed due to our own fault (e.g., missed deadlines without justification), we will communicate immediately and work to resolve or compensate appropriately.


6. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

To cancel your subscription or request a refund review, please contact us in writing at:

  • Business name

  • Service package name

  • Reason for cancellation or refund request

We will review your request within 5–7 business days.

By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
